I work with HR teams to figure out where AI can actually help, not to replace what people do well, but to take the busywork off their plate. I'm focused on things that teams can start using right away without turning everything upside down.
That means building prompt libraries for everyday HR tasks, designing smarter headcount planning tools, and putting together people analytics that leadership can actually use. I like working in the space where people strategy meets new technology, and I think the human side should always drive the decisions.
At the end of the day, I want HR teams spending less time on admin and more time on the work that moves the needle.
